Semi-Private Training Session
A 60-minute semi-private session for you and your crew, customized to each rider’s goals.
Who this is for: Small groups of riders (friends, siblings, barn mates) who want to train together while each still working on their own goals.
A semi-private session is the best way for your crew to get tailored support for each rider’s body and goals. In this shared session, we work on exactly what you need most, whether that is feeling more secure over fences, improving balance, or building confidence in the gym. It is a great way to try things out together, and riders who want ongoing support can move into more periodized performance coaching through my memberships.
Individual Training Session
A private 1:1 session for riders who want focused, individualized training.
Who this is for: Riders who want fully focused 1:1 coaching, either pay-as-you-go training or a first step before a membership
In 60 minutes, we assess your strength, movement, and position, then train specifically toward your current goals for the Wellington season, whether that means building strength, improving stability, or refining how you feel in the saddle. This session is ideal for riders needing a professional evaluation, a targeted tune-up, or a first step before ongoing coaching. Pay-as-you-go sessions are available on an ongoing basis, but most clients use this as the entry point before moving into a membership for continued support.
Monthly Membership
In-season strength and performance coaching tracked through monthly progress.
Who this is for: Riders who want consistent, structured in-season training and to track real progress toward their goals with periodized monthly training blocks, built around their schedule and designed to help them peak for key competitions.
What this includes: This is a structured, high-level coaching relationship for riders who need consistent support and accountability while they are in Wellington. The Monthly Membership provides flexible booking around your schedule, individualized programming, and ongoing oversight so your strength and stability keep pace with the demands of training and showing. Training is organized into periodized monthly blocks so you can build strength, endurance, and mobility while strategically peaking for your most important shows.

What this includes: The Full Circuit Retainer is a full-circuit, high-touch coaching relationship for riders training like professional athletes. It provides dedicated, white-glove performance support for the entire Wellington circuit.
January through April season access
Up to 5 performance sessions per week, scheduled around training and show days
Comprehensive strength, stability, and conditioning program tailored to your goals
The Full Circuit Retainer also includes:
